Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day

  • Assist project leadership with the coordination and administration of major commercial design, construction, expansion, renovation, and related projects.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, materials, documentation, and project management tools to meet quality, cost, reliability, and timing objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, personnel, materials, equipment, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with maintaining project schedules, requirements, risks, action items, modifications, and other project tracking tools.
  • Coordinate project reviews, meetings, and related documentation and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other communications; track variances and action items for follow-up.
  • Support communication and coordination among project team members, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with identifying project resource and skill requirements and utilize approved project management processes and tools to support project execution.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of project management plan development, implementation and administration including knowledge of processes, procedures and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC-based applications.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on 'root cause' analysis.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately to support decision-making.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $80,169 - $95,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
