We are looking for a Project Architect to join our team and contribute to a wide range of projects. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on both new construction and existing building investigations, with a focus on enhancing building enclosure performance. Responsibilities

  • Conduct field investigations and assessments of building enclosures, including roofs, walls, fenestration, and foundations.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify performance issues and potential solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including repair recommendations and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop and implement repair strategies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to building performance and sustainability.
  • Assist in the development of project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
