Responsibilities include preparing and coordinating architectural construction documents and detailing, participating in client and internal coordination meetings, and engaging in design reviews with governing agencies. You will oversee architectural team workloads across multiple project phases to ensure schedules and deliverables remain on track.

The Project Architect will also be responsible for reviewing project documents to identify and resolve coordination conflicts between architectural and engineering disciplines. Additional duties include preparing and editing architectural specifications using SpecsIntact, assisting with addenda, RFIs, and change orders, and supporting project schedule management. The role requires conducting QA/QC reviews and Independent Technical Reviews (ITR) while assisting in the management of projects from early design through construction administration. As a key point of coordination for large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects, you will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to help ensure successful project execution throughout all phases of design and construction.
