Full Job Description
This is a role built for growth. Whether you're a Project Architect ready to step into project management, or a Project Manager who wants to stay close to design and technical delivery, you'll have the room to develop a well-rounded skill set while leading projects across a range of market sectors.

We're looking for someone who thrives in front of clients - building trust, setting clear expectations, and earning confidence - while working just as effectively behind the scenes with internal teams. You'll bring the leadership and organizational instincts to shape fees and schedules, manage resources, and steer projects to a strong finish, all while staying enthusiastic about the variety our portfolio offers, healthcare and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead design solutions, coordination, and production across small to medium-scale projects, through all phases, in a collaborative, iterative process.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to build a high-performing team and support member growth through thoughtful task assignment and mentorship.
  • Lead client communication, managing expectations, and providing clear, bi-directional feedback.
  • Champion regenerative design approaches that benefit the built, social, and natural environments.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to drive strong design outcomes.
  • Identify project risks early and raise concerns with the Project Manager and Project Executive.
  • Lead code review, envelope system design, and resolution of complex code conditions.
  • Own the QA/QC process and ensure a complete, quality set of contract documents.
  • Lead coordination with the specs team and communication with the local AHJ.
  • Support construction administration, site observations, and verifications.
  • Contribute to project pursuits, including proposals, interviews, and related content.
  • Maintain responsible control over submissions requiring your seal.

What We Look For:

  • Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure)
  • 6+ years of experience leading design and documentation on small to medium-scale projects.
  • Healthcare design experience, or strong interest in growing into the healthcare market, along with flexibility to work across other sectors.
  • A naturally curious problem solver who enjoys learning new things and finding better ways to work.
  • Someone who takes pride in the details and thrives on solving difficult technical challenges.
  • Solid technical grounding in code review, building envelope systems, and construction documentation, with the judgment to balance bold ideas with what is realistic, feasible, sustainable, and durable.
  • A collaborative leader who shares knowledge, mentors others, and helps raise the bar for the whole team.
  • Someone who shows up with respect, empathy, and genuine commitment to teammates and clients alike.
