As a Project Analyst in the Portfolio , Growth and Execution Group, you are a significant contributor to your team with a strong knowledge of optimization and integration. You understand what it takes to bring together all the key elements of a product line and its products to ensure coordinated outcomes.


Job responsibilities

  • Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
  • Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
  • Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
  • Develops change initiative materials and change timelines
  • Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
  • Assist in driving focus on modernizing business processes and championing enterprise-wide transformation to enhance revenue realization and accelerate growth.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, process standardization, and best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
  • Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives
  • Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated project management skills1 able to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with teams across TS/MS Service, Implementation, Issue Management, and Sales/Relationship Management to help identify operational inefficiencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excl, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or similar platforms.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with payments processing , merchant onboarding , or payment operations.
  • Familiarity with payment processing, merchant onboarding, card acceptance or payment operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a highly matrixed organization.
