This onsite Project Analyst (PA) position based in Richardson, Texas will provide analytical program and IPT support on a variety of tasks; Plan, compile, format and manipulate technical/analytical data. Interpret and maintain program requirements for project repositories. Track tasks and requirements to ensure the teams are on target to meet their deadlines. Serves as the focal for analyzing data, creating and presenting program metrics.
What You Will Do- Design, build, and manage Excel models and Power BI dashboards to track and visualize program performance, staffing, and other critical business metrics.
- Manage Inter-Entity Work Authorization (IWA) submittal process, tracking and updates
- Produce monthly Purchase Order (PO) reports
- Manage Software Renewal Tickets
- Create various Ad Hoc reports as requested by engineering leadership
- Analyze staffing demand and supply to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and update organizational charts, distribution lists, and process templates to streamline team operations and communication.
- Establish and organize centralized data repositories to enhance accessibility, knowledge management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide ongoing visualization dashboards and reporting to communicate engineering and business trends clearly to leadership.
- Support various program tasks and initiatives as directed by engineering leadership.
- Orchestrate Risk and Opportunity (R&O) at the program level
- Developing programmatic approaches to addressing communication issues
Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer- Prior experience working on teams in a collaborative environment
- Skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI - analytical skills
- Experience utilizing JIRA, ALM, JAMA and SVN
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communicator and collaborator across functions
- Comfortable flexing between structured projects and ad-hoc urgent tasks

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
