Project Analyst - NGB Joint Action Control Office

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Top Secret required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support NGB Joint Action Control Office staff actions and governance engagement support. This role will help manage tasker routing, document control, meeting coordination, research, and status visibility for NGB leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Track governance meetings, taskers, read-aheads, and related staff action products.
  • Maintain attendee accountability and RSVP tracking for meetings.
  • Receive, log, route, and update taskers in authorized systems.
  • Support OPR/OCR identification and coordination tracking.
  • Prepare status updates and support suspense management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and collect supporting information.
  • Maintain electronic records, repositories, and continuity products.
  • Assist with tasker closure and archive actions.
  • Support classified and unclassified workflows as authorized.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five years of relevant experience in project analysis, meeting coordination, staff action support, task tracking, or Government executive support.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NGB, DoD, Joint Staff, Army, Air Force, or OSD experience.
  • Experience with staff action control and senior-leader correspondence.
  • Experience with electronic tasking systems and classified networks.
