Position Description:

Join our CGI team in a dynamic environment supporting the US Army Customer ensuring that soldiers have the necessary tools to support their missions. Analyze data, maintain workload management, productivity and quality tools to ensure team can efficiently deliver the highest quality product. Learn and contribute to the team's success in an evolving and challenging environment.

This position is located in our Huntsville, AL office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Track, monitor, and report data gathered from various databases to measure and establish trends impacting data entry accuracy of technical information pertinent to spare part procurement actions for U.S. Army aviation and missile weapon systems.
2. Analyze data to identify trends and ensure data integrity.
3. Run queries and develop code to extract data for analysis from a variety of sources.
4. Maintain several MS Access databases. Develop requirements documents that outline the approved changes for these database tools.
5. Program, test, and implement changes to processes on a regular basis.
6. Actively participate in meetings with government customers and team members to determine the requirements.
7. Develop user documentation and user training.
8. Perform routine duties as they relate to tasks to include preparation of reports and maintenance of various spreadsheets.
9. Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers to resolve issues.
10. Support customers with various assignments that are directly related to their general business operations.
11. Utilize Power BI to construct and update data rich dashboards for government customer review.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS and 4 years of related experience. Or HS diploma and 7 years of related programming experience.
2. Advanced level experience programming using MS Access.
3. Advanced SQL experience.
4. Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft suite of tools to include TEAMS, Sharepoint, and PowerBI.
5. Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.
6. Solid analysis and problem solving skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Must work well within a team environment dealing with high volume work with speed and accuracy.
9. Ability to work core hours between 8:00 and 4:30 Monday thru Friday
10. US Citizenship and SECRET security clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a background check and security investigation required to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

1. MEARS (Multi User ECP Automated Review System),
2. EDIS (Electronic Data Information System)
3. Windchill/ePDM

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58,000.00 $123,800.00.
