Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software development and design using Visual Studio .Net
• Strong skills in ASP.Net, Web Services, and web application development
• Proficient in .Net technologies including Visual Basic, C#, and .Net Framework
• Familiarity with MVC frameworks, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
• Background in working with WinForms and WPF Forms
• Skilled in TFS/GIT source control management
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries, preferably with Oracle and PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Angular or React is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the existing desktop application codebase
• Migrate functionalities from the current desktop application to a new web-based application
• Collaborate with lead developers to own specific modules
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other contractors
• Participate actively in the systems development lifecycle
• Implement best practices in coding and application design
• Ensure quality and functionality of the migrated application through testing
