The Opportunity:
We are seeking an International Defense Cooperation Analyst to support foreign military cooperation with the Netherlands and other partner nations. This role will support enterprise-level planning, international agreements, information-sharing engagements, and partner-nation relationship development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support enterprise wide planning for foreign military cooperation and partner-nation engagements.
  • Coordinate and manage international agreements, arrangements, and related documentation.
  • Plan and support information-sharing conferences, working groups, and partner-nation engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with U.S. Government, military, and international stakeholders to advance cooperation objectives.
  • Track engagement outcomes, action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare briefings, read-aheads, meeting summaries, and executive-level updates.



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Experience supporting defense, international engagement, foreign military cooperation, or analytical support activities.
  • Understanding of defense organizations, processes, mission areas, or partner-nation coordination.
  • Ability to coordinate across government, military, and international stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience preparing briefings, reports, meeting materials, or formal coordination documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI.


Desired:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as strategic studies, international relations, diplomacy, organizational development, national security, public policy, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting international agreements, information-sharing activities, partner-nation engagement, or defense cooperation.
  • Familiarity with NATO, allied-partner coordination, or Netherlands-related defense cooperation.
  • Experience supporting senior-leader engagements, conferences, working groups, or international coordination events.
  • Knowledge of defense cooperation policy, international arrangements, or engagement processes.
  • Ability to operate across strategic, operational, and organizational levels.
