Salary: Approximately $80,000-$85,000/Annually
Due to the nature of law enforcement work and operation, position may require occasional support outside of core working hours, as well as intermittent weekend support, mission dependent.
Job Summary:
The Cyber Investigations & Technology Program Support Analyst facilitates the development, implementation, analysis and evaluation of the policies, programs, and procedures for a USPIS investigative program. The analyst will support the program efforts including the deconfliction of databases, processing of equipment requests, distribution of tools, and tracking of historical and current needs and trends of operations.

- Skill using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint), sufficient to compile data, update statistical reports, and prepare correspondence and presentations.
- Retrieves, manipulates, and interprets data utilizing a variety of internal and external databases and computer software programs in order to perform synthesis and analysis.
- Monitors sensitive/confidential data and statistics relative to assigned program to ensure quality processes and compliance with established policies and guidelines.
- Updates and reconciles a variety of information systems and databases for use in the development, execution, and evaluation of program activities.
- Facilitates and administers program activities; reviews relevant information, assigns tasks, tracks and monitors progress. Follows-up to ensure activities are in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Serves as technical resource for an assigned program. Provides and exchanges information with internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or demonstrated relevant work experience as required by assigned project or initiative.
Clearance:

Security Requirements/Background Investigation Requirements:
- Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
- Favorable credit check for all cleared positions
- Successfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.

- Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees.
- Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 10% of the time.

- Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type, and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
