In this position...

You will work cross-functionally with the Integrated Services Business Pillars, Digital Product, and EVDD Tech Strategy as well as vehicle-line General Managers, Vehicle Programs Directors, Chief Nameplate Engineers, Product Marketing, Strategy & Planning, and others to bring Integrated Services products and services to life on future Ford and Lincoln vehicles. You'll drive the business case for deploying Integrated Services on these programs, shape the offering strategy for our services, and help set the Services Cycle Plan for Ford Motor Company.

This role is Hybrid (in office 4 days/week) in Dearborn, Michigan

What you'll do...
  • Synthesize inputs from market studies, business pillar leads, product performance and program marketing to model and forecast integrated services revenue and gross margins for each of the services
  • Deliver Integrated Services business model inputs to vehicle programs and their finance teams to support their progression through Global Product Development System milestone approvals
  • Drive the business equation for Integrated Services products and services on future vehicles and work with Digital Product, EVDD Tech Strategy, and the vehicle programs to drive Ford's Services Cycle Plan, set feature prioritization, and ensure deployment of hardware enablers
  • Collaborate with vehicle programs and the Integrated Services Business Pillars teams to define offering and hardware deployment strategy for our products and services
  • Work with EVDD Tech Strategy, Digital Product, and Cross Vehicle Line Marketing to define vehicle electrical architecture bundles deployment strategy to optimize the value our products and services deliver to customers
  • Grow cross functional engagement and buy-in for Integrated Services by articulating our vision and strategy to key stakeholders
  • Partner with Product Marketing to understand the unique needs of each vehicle program's customer base and bring that knowledge back to the Integrated Services Business Pillars


You'll have...
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or MS in relevant field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, marketing, product management, or similar roles
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally to solve complex problems, rally diverse stakeholders, and drive strategic decisions that create change for the benefit of customers and the enterprise
  • 1+ year of experience working with data analytics tools and dashboards
  • Experience influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels of the organization through effective communication and storytelling
  • Experience working with a variety of data and proven ability to synthesize insights and drive decisions and actions
  • Experience building relationships and working cross-functionally within a large, matrixed environment
  • High level of business acumen and a track record of quickly building expertise and credibility within an organization
  • Ability to foster a team culture founded on trust, accountability, speed, and the ability to constructively challenge each other
  • Capacity to lead people and businesses to solve problems, iterate quickly, and have fun while doing the best work of their career

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $132,800-$250,800.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
