Full Job Description
The Program Specialist supports high priority initiatives as a project manager and operator embedded within the Hospital and Health Systems team. This role is responsible for driving the operational heartbeat of our AI enablement and ACO operations, primarily by deploying structured project management frameworks and executing critical workstreams that enable performance success.

The Specialist supports all Lines of Business (LOB) the market engages in, including Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts. The Specialist operates with autonomy to align execution with executive priorities, translating company strategy into measurable, successful field performance.

Primary Duties:

  • Initiative Ownership & Project Execution
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build an AI-first performance strategy to build efficiencies in our reporting and execution of key value based care performance areas.
  • Deploy structured project management tools, including project plans, schedules, trackers, and performance playbooks related to localized initiatives; serve as thought partner to centralized teams to grow and standardize best practices and tools to benefit all field teams
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to manage multiple simultaneous priorities to completion while identifying and mitigating resource constraints, risks, and conflicts that impact deliverables, serving as "air traffic control," and enhancing capacity for colleagues to prioritize practice-based relationship and performance management.
  • Operational Governance and Leadership Support
  • Manage our ACO's operational cadence, organizing and leading cross-functional, strategic, and performance meetings (including agendas, presentations, and closing action loops).
  • Operate with autonomous execution to plan and support leadership in running internal and external meetings and events, including board meetings, conferences, and market summits.
  • Enhance and maintain internal team standard operating procedures, compliance documentation, ACO Board records, and practice relationship management data (including practice churn/withdrawal submissions).
  • Cross-Functional Connectivity & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Serve as a critical bridge between centralized subject-matter expert teams and field teams to eliminate information silos and maintain organizational alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring local team members fully understand project objectives, timelines, and execution requirements.
  • Interface with centralized cross-functional project teams on behalf of the local market to ensure field nuances are accounted for in organizational rollouts.
  • Strategy and Analytics
  • Work with Strategy and Operations leads to provide ad hoc data visualizations as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of progressive professional experience, with a core focus on operations, healthcare management, or value-based care/risk adjustment environments. Significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted.
  • Project Management: Proven capability to independently scope, track, and execute multiple simultaneous project workstreams from inception to successful implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the demonstrated ability to manage up effectively to regional executives.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Salesforce, and Monday.com; solid understanding or experience utilizing and experimenting with AI-based platforms (e.g., Claude Cowork, Gemini) as well as reporting tools like Tableau, Jira, or Miro.
  • Travel & Environment: Comfortable working remotely within a fast-paced environment. Ability and willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats, headquarters alignment, and practice visits. Market or team reserves the right to determine physical location necessity


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred.
  • Deep operational understanding across multiple lines of business: Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive scalability within field operations.
