Program Scheduler

Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Program Scheduler to support an Army Aviation Acquisition Program in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules utilizing Primavera P6 while coordinating schedule inputs from multiple functional organizations. You will play a key role in program execution by providing schedule analysis, earned value reporting, risk assessments, forecasting, and baseline management support. This position requires close collaboration with program leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives remain aligned. The Program Scheduler will provide actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making, identify schedule risks, and develop recovery strategies that contribute to successful program execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for an Army Aviation Acquisition Program utilizing Primavera P6.
  • Conduct schedule analysis and assessments to ensure schedules are structured properly, contain complete network logic, support critical path reporting, and follow industry scheduling best practices.
  • Perform trend analysis, baseline versus current schedule comparisons, margin assessments, cost and schedule risk assessments, duration compression analyses, and schedule health checks.
  • Track schedule progress and develop customized reports, metrics, and dashboards for program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct cost and schedule integration activities to validate budget and resource requirements and assess impacts of changes to project cost, schedule, or technical baselines.
  • Consolidate monthly schedule updates from participating organizations and maintain the program master schedule.
  • Interpret schedule analysis results, identify critical activities and impacts, and validate that corrective actions satisfy customer requirements.
  • Develop project status reports, support change control processes, generate what-if scenarios, and assist in recovery planning activities.
  • Support risk management activities, conduct monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs), and support annual PPBE planning activities.
  • Participate in Integrated Master Schedule reviews, Change Control Boards, and resource planning activities to support effective forecasting and program execution.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements.

Basic Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in developing and executing Master Schedules for acquisition programs. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Combinations of education and experience are acceptable.
  • Must be fully trained/experienced in Primavera as a scheduling tool.
  • Must be experienced in EVM and establishing EACs.
  • Experience in managing life cycle support strategies and the required acquisition documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience managing, planning, and executing complex projects.
  • Requires Secret Clearance.

  • Expert user of Primavera.
