Full Job Description
About the Role
Do you thrive in fast-paced construction environments where planning, sequencing, and execution must align flawlessly? We're looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Program Scheduler who can transform high-level milestones into actionable field-driven schedules that keep complex projects moving forward.

In this role, you'll own the integrated master schedule across multiple sites, trades, and phases of work-serving as the critical bridge between planning and field execution. You'll work closely with construction leadership, technical teams, subcontractors, procurement, and project controls to ensure schedules reflect real-world construction sequencing, resource constraints, and operational priorities.

From critical path management and release planning to look-aheads and recovery strategies, you'll play a central role in driving accountability, maintaining schedule integrity, and supporting successful project delivery across mission-critical infrastructure programs.

What You'll Do - Plan with Precision. Execute with Confidence.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive master schedules across multiple sites, disciplines, and project phases.
  • Convert high-level project milestones into detailed sequencing logic, release plans, bullseye targets, and field-usable look-ahead schedules.
  • Partner with field leadership, technical teams, subcontractors, and procurement to validate schedule logic, durations, resource assumptions, and installation sequencing.
  • Identify schedule risks, float erosion, milestone threats, and execution gaps while developing proactive recovery strategies and mitigation plans.
  • Track room and area readiness, release-to-work milestones, test-ready gates, startup activities, and turnover sequencing to maintain execution continuity.
  • Create and maintain near-term look-aheads and short-interval schedules that support daily and weekly field execution goals.
  • Lead schedule coordination meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure alignment between planning intent and field realities.
  • Identify unrealistic durations, incomplete scope assumptions, sequencing conflicts, and execution gaps before they impact the field.
  • Ensure schedules reflect actual field progress, changing site conditions, constraints, procurement impacts, and execution updates.
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting, schedule analytics, scenario planning, and recovery recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Project Environments You'll Support
  • Data centers, high-availability facilities, and complex infrastructure programs with aggressive schedules and phased turnover requirements
  • Large-scale deployments requiring integrated coordination across multiple active sites and teams
  • Electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, commissioning, procurement, and integrated construction sequencing efforts
  • Readiness tracking, commissioning support, phased handovers, and operational transition planning

What You Bring
  • 7-12+ years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or integrated program scheduling
  • Proven experience as a Lead Scheduler, Master Scheduler, or Program Scheduler on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong command of CPM scheduling methodologies and schedule-driven construction execution
  • Advanced proficiency with scheduling platforms such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and field execution workflows
  • Experience translating complex schedules into actionable field execution plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and recovery opportunities
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and maintain schedule discipline across stakeholders
  • Experience supporting mission-critical, data center, or complex infrastructure programs strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with procurement sequencing, commissioning, startup, and turnover processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
  • Scheduling certifications are a plus

What's in It for You?
  • Support large-scale, technically complex projects where schedule execution directly drives operational success.
  • Work alongside experienced construction leaders, technical experts, and field teams in highly coordinated environments.
  • Every day presents new sequencing challenges, coordination opportunities, and problem-solving scenarios.
  • Join a growing organization where scheduling and execution leadership are viewed as critical business drivers.
  • Comprehensive compensation package including benefits, career development opportunities, and long-term advancement potential.

Work Environment
This role operates in both office and active construction site environments. Responsibilities may include walking job sites, participating in field coordination meetings, and reviewing schedules and technical documentation. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.

Ready to Help Drive Execution at Scale?
If you're energized by turning complex construction programs into executable, field-driven schedules-and want to play a key role in delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects-we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help keep the work moving forward.
