Description

Infinity Technology is seeking a motivated, detailed oriented, and customer-focused individual who would be responsible for Program/Project Manager activities in support of our Department of Labor DOL, Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) contract. The ideal candidate will have federal work experience, be an expert in the field, work independently with minimal supervision, and have prior experience in a similar role within government environments.

*This position is primarily located in the Washington DC area, but contractors may be required to provide support at any DOL occupied facility located nationwide.*

*This position is Contingent upon contract award with work expected to begin immediately.*

*We are seeking to fill multiple positions for this roll.*

Duties & Responsibilities

- Responsible for management of Contractor staff and oversight of all work performed under the Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS).

- Act as the single point of contact for the Task Order Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

- Train and develop new staff.

- Ensure that all work submitted to the Government is high quality and completed with little to no errors.

- Oversee the successful completion of work and meet all established deadlines.

- Proactively identify areas of concern and implement targeted training and skill enhancement to ensure alignment with Government quality expectations.

- In cases where work submitted consistently needs revision, address areas of concern through targeted training prior to resubmission.

- Designate an alternate PM who shall act for the Contractor when the PM is absent; both names shall be provided in writing to the TO CO and COR.

Education Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

- 24 semester hours in business-related coursework.

- PMP Certification is highly desirable.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.

Key Qualifications

- Senior-level employee of the Contractor.

- Single point of contact for the Task Order Contracting Officer and COR.

- Full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of the Task Order.

- Available during core hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

- Must respond to requests for discussion or resolution of technical problems within one (1) hour of notification during core hours.

Desired Certifications & Training

- Technical training or certifications related to office administration or executive support are beneficial but not required.

Security Requirements

- Candidate must be capable of meeting the criteria for a background investigation and have the ability to obtain a government issued identification badge. All successful candidates will be required to receive and maintain a National Agency Check Inquiries (NACI) security clearance.
