Job Description

We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Senior to support PMA-276 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Operations Team.

Functional Description:

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Reviews requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist PAO with editing and/or writing of press releases or external articles, as needed
  • Manage workflow to route all external articles/press releases/photos from PMA members or outside industry partners through PMA SMEs, PM/DPM, PAO/Security for public release approval
  • Manage schedule of newsletters and articles to include in each newsletter
  • Create newsletters (monthly and two bi-annual versions), write articles, and edit articles for various topics each month
  • Distribute newsletters to PMA via email/SPO
  • Create and make edits to all slides for Welcome Aboard brief
  • Run presentation deck virtually
  • Assist Deputy Operations lead with planning all PMA social events
  • Create all monthly All Hands briefs and forward to EA to include in IPT Roll-Ups decks
  • Create and distribute flyers for all PMA social events
  • Assist with coordinating sign-ups for all PMA social events
  • Edit all photography captured during All Hands/IPT Roll-Ups using Adobe Photoshop
  • Create all voting ballots for social events (bake-off during BITS, chili cook-off)
  • Chair Awards Board
  • Collect all internal award nominations, track previous recipients, and review nominations with Awards Board for their selections:
  • Monthly Bravo Zulu
  • Gunfighters of the Quarter
  • Warrior of the Quarter
  • Viper Venom Team Performance of the Year
  • Warrior of the Year
  • Maj Pless Leadership Award (PM/DPM decision)
  • Track deadlines, compose and/or edit all external award nominations, Military End of Tour award nominations
  • Compose Letters of Appreciation for any internal recognition, route for signature and serialization
  • Create all award certificates for internal recognition to distribute during All Hands
  • Provide recommendations/purchase requests for new plaques to include on Awards Wall as needed

Required Education:

Senior - MA/MS degree

Allowable substitution:

Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

OR

Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Required Experience:

Senior - over Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience:

Senior - MA/MS degree

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86190.40 to $129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
