Position Summary
Ataero is seeking a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to serve as a Fleet F-16 Adversary liaison supporting a government customer.
This position provides senior-level coordination among a Navy/USM PMA, Fleet F-16 Adversary squadrons, training sites, and other stakeholders supporting F-16 acquisition, transition, sustainment, and long-term adversary aviation requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison with Fleet F-16 Adversary squadrons and training sites.
- Coordinate and interface with Fleet points of contact to identify and refine requirements.
- Lead actions associated with F-16 acquisition and transition.
- Support site activation and pilot-training requirements.
- Coordinate non-USAF system-development activities.
- Support manpower and Contractor Logistics Support requirements.
- Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.
- Evaluate weapons-system requirements and required resources.
- Support development of sustainment and maintainability programs and plans.
- Conduct acquisition requirements, budget, financial, and life-cycle cost analyses.
- Support hardware/software standardization and compatibility efforts.
- Support program test and evaluation planning and execution.
- Conduct program-management analyses.
- Develop F-16 adversary system roadmaps.
- Develop long-range plans for future aircraft transfers.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret acquisition and program data.
- Track program schedules, milestones, actions, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
- At least ten (10) years of experience performing the same or equivalent functions.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise.
- Extensive military aviation, acquisition, sustainment, program-management, or operational experience.
- Strong ability to coordinate across Government, military, fleet, and contractor organizations.
Desired Qualifications
- Former Naval Aviator.
- Specialized experience supporting F-5 or F-16 aircraft.
- Alternatively, extensive experience supporting or utilizing Navy or Marine Corps aircraft.
- Experience with Naval Sustainment System-Aviation (NSS-A) processes and briefings.
- Experience supporting adversary aviation programs.
Security Clearance
Active Secret clearance required.
