Full Job Description

You Are:

A Product Ownership Leader with deep experience driving agentic AI-powered software delivery for enterprise business needs. You bring proven product management expertise, fluency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and working knowledge of agentic SDLC platforms — with the credibility to influence both technical squads and senior business stakeholders. You thrive at the intersection of business strategy and AI-native engineering, turning complex operational requirements into prioritized, high-impact product increments.

As a Product Owner, you demonstrate the following:

  • Credentials -- a proven track record of delivering high-value software products in enterprise B2B and industrial environments.

  • Capability -- demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product backlogs, lead Agile ceremonies, and translate agentic AI capabilities into business-ready software solutions.

  • Connections -- established relationships across engineering, architecture, finance, and C-suite — serving as the voice of the business within a technical delivery team.

  • Content -- ability to define product vision, MVP scope, and phased rollout strategies grounded in user data, stakeholder input, and business value metrics.

In This Role:

  • The Product Owner will serve as the strategic and operational bridge between business stakeholders and the agentic AI development squad, ensuring software delivery is aligned to enterprise business needs.

  • Using deep product ownership expertise and AI platform fluency, you will shape the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and guide the team through each delivery cycle with clarity and purpose.

  • You will act as the connective tissue between business units and engineering — facilitating decision-making, resolving blockers, and keeping delivery oriented toward measurable value realization.

  • You will ensure agentic capabilities move from inception to adoption with well-defined MVP scopes, phased rollout strategies, and continuous feedback loops.

As a Product Owner You Will:

  • Own and maintain the product backlog — defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals that translate business needs into clear, prioritized development increments for the agentic AI team.

  • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering squad, facilitating Agile ceremonies, resolving blockers, and ensuring every delivery cycle produces measurable business value.

  • Define MVP scope and phased rollout strategies for agentic capabilities, incorporating stakeholder feedback, usage data, and voice-of-customer insights to continuously refine and iterate.

  • Oversee portfolio-level planning including budget alignment, vendor management, build vs. buy decisions, and cross-functional coordination across technical and business teams

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program management in enterprise software environments.

  • Minimum 3 years experience product ownership and Agile/Scrum mastery — ability to lead multi-squad delivery teams, drive sprint ceremonies, and manage end-to-end backlog prioritization in fast-moving AI-native environments.

  • Minimum 2 years experience with gentic AI fluency including working knowledge of agentic SDLC, AI development platforms (Jira, Dovetail), and modern cloud stacks (AWS, Azure) with the ability to assess technical feasibility and guide architecture decisions alongside engineering teams.

  • Minimum 10 years experience with executive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration — credibility to operate across engineering, architecture, finance, legal, and C-suite to align on scope, priority, and value delivery.

  • Minimum 10 years experience with enterprise integration experience across SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and modern development technologies, with hands-on exposure to build vs. buy evaluations, vendor management, and portfolio-level budget planning.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, or B2B enterprise environments strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • You have an AI/ML certification or completed an AI for Leaders or equivalent program.

  • Experience with Cloud and Digital roadmap strategy across AWS or Azure environments.

  • Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar enterprise delivery frameworks.
