Full Job Description
Ohel is seeking a dependable and collaborative Program Operations Administrator to support our housing programs serving individuals with psychiatric conditions. This is an meaningful opportunity for an experienced professional who can balance program compliance, internal auditing, facilities coordination, project management, and team communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain supporting documentation for Medicaid billing, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and properly produced and maintained
  • Conduct ongoing internal department audits of agency housing programs, with a focus on compliance and quality
  • Receive and initiate service requests from department managers and submit detailed, actionable work orders through the agency ticketing system
  • Coordinate with trade vendors on-site, identify areas requiring work, and verify and sign off on completed work orders
  • Partner with the Facilities Manager to document, clarify, prioritize, and formulate work requests
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-through
  • Identify excessive wear, defects, maintenance concerns, and system failures requiring corrective action


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with or for NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Relevant construction and project management experience
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with applicable federal and state regulations is a plus
  • Valid and clean NY or NJ driver's license required, own car preferred
