Job DescriptionBecause this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. The remote percentage is based on current program needs but will be less than 50%.
The Engine Systems Program Manager sits on the program leadership team and leads projects in meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals for the Engine Systems Production portfolio. This exciting opportunity will expose the selected candidate to a wide range of challenges on a cross-functional, cross-site, multi-national team. Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the project sunset process that transitions In-Production products to Aftermarket-only support, and lead the projects that have transitioned to Aftermarket-only support
- Lead a subset of Engine Systems Production Programs, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Contracts, and Finance to ensure proper project execution
- Coordinate with our internal and external customers to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills and Education- Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience

- Capable of interfacing, negotiating, and presenting to a variety of stakeholders including coworkers, leadership, partners, and customers
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that requires a high degree of initiative, adaptability, and closure orientation
- Demonstrated professionalism and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or a manufacturing-related discipline
- Experience in the avionics/electronics industry
- Proficiency with business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
