Full Job Description
RUCKUS is seeking a Program Manager with proven experience leading complex programs, ideally within New Product Introduction (NPI). This individual will play a critical role in driving end-to-end execution across the product development lifecycle for RUCKUS wireless (access points) and wired (switching) product lines.

The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader with excellent communication skills, deep understanding of product development workflows, and a track record of delivering programs on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of NPI programs using RUCKUS processes and tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Planning: Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution commitments.
  • Execution: Oversee daily program operations, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain; manage validations, material readiness, and BOM governance.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery of key program milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and influence global, cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates, including weekly reports and executive-level monthly reviews.
  • Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking, program assessments, and operational refinements.
  • Sustaining Support: Lead post-production activities and ongoing program support as needed.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
  • 3-5 years of program or project management experience in a relevant industry
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and presenting fact-based recommendations
  • Experience defining and tracking program metrics and KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Comfortable working in a global, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel (primarily domestic, limited global travel)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Exposure to full product lifecycle development-from concept to production

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $100,600.00-$128,600.00

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
