Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Program Management experience in federal Government contracts, preferably with Navy, NAVSEA, NSWC, or at Port Hueneme.
• Experience managing large-scale Government contracts, ideally involving approximately 70 full-time employees (FTEs).
• Proficient in financial, technical, scheduling, staffing, and quality management at the contract level.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban within a Government context.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate for contract performance tracking and reporting.
• Direct experience with AI and automation tools to enhance reporting efficiencies.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; equivalent experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning and execution of financial and program management support services.
• Ensure all contract objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Directly oversee performance management and adherence to Government expectations.
• Implement and manage Agile practices tailored for Government contracts.
• Utilize Power BI and automation solutions for efficient reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program management processes.
