BLUEHAWK is seeking a PM who shall work with the COR on all matters relating to the activities of this SOW. The PM must have a four-year college degree, a solid working knowledge of the range of functions outlined in this SOW, and ten years of experience working in the Intelligence Community. This PM shall be considered Key Personnel and shall not be one of the technical Contractors. It is up to the Contractor to determine formal supervisory status/authority they may wish to confer on this individual; however, the PM shall be the government's first call for addressing any contract or Contractor issue. The PM shall have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters regarding this contract.

• The Contractor shall identify a PM who shall work with the COR on all matters relating to the activities of this SOW.

• The Contractor shall also identify an alternate PM, who shall have the same qualifications as the PM, and be considered Key Personnel. The alternate PM can be dual-hatted.
• Either the PM or alternate PM shall facilitate (or assign someone to facilitate) the in processing of new employees and the out-processing of departing employees at the specific work sites, including the facilitation of initial badge issuing or collection of identification badges, and the issuing or cancelling of systems accounts.
