Summary:
The Limb Preservation Program Manager provides leadership for the multidisciplinary Limb Preservation Program, working in close partnership with the Medical Director and across all relevant clinic operational leaders to advance the program's strategic, clinical, and research initiatives. This position coordinates clinical and operational initiatives that support evidence-based care and research opportunities for patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia, peripheral artery disease, diabetic foot complications, and complex lower extremity wounds. The Program Manager will maintain the infrastructure required for collaborative, multidisciplinary plans across clinical departments and operational teams that will optimize patient access, improve care coordination, standardize clinical pathways, monitor clinical outcomes and program performance, and support research and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and reduce preventable limb loss.
Responsibilities:
In addition to the responsibilities outlined in the Program Manager job profile, this position:
- Partners with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate the Limb Preservation Program.
- Coordinates standardized clinical pathways, referral processes, and care transitions to improve access, continuity of care, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborates with clinical informatics and operational teams to optimize electronic health record workflows, documentation, and referral processes.
- Monitors program quality, operational, and financial performance metrics; analyzes data; and supports quality improvement initiatives to reduce preventable amputations and improve clinical outcomes.
- Supports program growth through provider engagement, community outreach, and development of multidisciplinary partnerships.
- Collaborates with research, analytics, and education teams to support evidence-based practice, clinical innovation, and provider and patient education initiatives.

Education Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:• No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:• Five (5) years of program/project management experience.If Master's degree, three (3) years of program/project management experience.
