You'll ensure that all aspects of the project portfolio are kept on track, empowering a diverse set of contributors from around the world to evolve Hatch's brand.

  • Manage dependencies across contributors and teams

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

5 Signs That You're a Strong Candidate

  1. You're a great communicator. You explain goals, updates and problems in a way everyone understands because you know that miscommunication is one of the fastest ways a project fails.
  2. You thrive in fast-moving environments. Projects have lots of moving parts - timelines, budgets, tasks, risks - and you love keeping all of that structured without becoming overwhelmed.
  3. You're a natural leader. You guide the team, make decisions, and keep morale steady, because you know how much people value clarity and confidence.
  4. You're an insatiable problem-solver. Things will go wrong. Deadlines slip, budgets tighten, people disagree, but you don't panic, you assess and adapt.
  5. You are emotionally intelligent. You understand how people feel, and why they react the way they do, because you know how much that helps resolve conflict, motivates teams, and removes friction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in technology, design, engineering, or related field; or a communications degree with coursework in technology, design or engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in content, marketing, or communications. (PMP designation is an asset)
