The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Program Manager NH-1101-04 to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
Position Overview
The M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief, Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) User Equipment Integration Branch (NH-1101-04) to join our team. The Chief plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful fielding and synchronization of advanced PNT User Equipment across Joint Force platforms. Serving as the primary conduit between the Joint Program Office (JPO), platform Program Offices, Air Staff, and OSW/A&S, the Branch Chief ensures that critical, modernized PNT capabilities are seamlessly, securely, and rapidly integrated into operational systems. Crucially, this leader will also be responsible for managing the ACAT ID Portfolio on behalf of the JPO, providing executive oversight for PNT User Equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assured Alternate Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (A2PNT) Branch Chief to join our team at Wright-Patterson AFB. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong command of rapid acquisition principles and a passion for delivering cutting-edge technology to the Joint Force.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Executive-Level Experience: A proven track record of leading large-scale acquisition, engineering, or platform integration programs at the Branch Chief level (or higher), preferably with significant exposure to ACAT I/ID environments.
Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of systems engineering, avionics/platform integration architectures, and the rigorous testing required to validate and certify PNT systems on military platforms.
Team Leadership: The proven ability to build, motivate, and direct high-performing, cross-functional teams of engineers, logisticians, and program managers.
Program Management: Demonstrated success in organizing, managing, and executing complex, multi-faceted integration schedules, managing dependencies, and mitigating programmatic risks within major defense acquisition frameworks.
Strategic Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to seamlessly translate complex integration challenges to diverse audiences, platform Program Offices, and senior stakeholders at the executive and congressional levels.
