Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management (Core Responsibility)
• Lead end-to-end program management of learning initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, and quality.

• Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and provide regular status reporting and insights.
• Ensure alignment of learning programs with business outcomes and strategic priorities.
• Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and change management for learning initiatives.
2. Learning SME & Strategic Advisory
• Act as a Learning SME, guiding teams on:
o Instructional design approaches
o Learning experience design (LX)
o Digital and AI-driven learning models
• Define the learning strategy and roadmap, aligned with future skill needs and business transformation.
• Support development of innovative learning solutions (e.g., blended learning, microlearning, AI-driven personalization).
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop scalable, high-quality learning content and programs.
3. Future of Learning & Innovation
• Drive thinking on future learning trends including:
o AI/GenAI in learning
o Data-driven learning personalization
o Learning analytics & impact measurement
• Identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness, scalability, and adoption.
• Design frameworks for continuous learning and capability building ecosystems.
4. Business Development & Growth
• Support business development and proposal activities for new learning opportunities.
• Identify and shape new areas/services in learning, such as:
o Learning analytics & insights
o AI-powered learning transformation
o Knowledge management & skilling programs
• Contribute to:
o RFP responses
o Solutioning and pricing inputs
o Client presentations and pitch decks
• Partner with sales and account teams to expand learning services footprint.
5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and propose learning-led solutions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in learning transformation.
