  • Experience managing teams in an Onsite-Offshore model with over 50 offshore resources.
  • Strong technical background, preferably starting with Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage medium to large Data/AI projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure effective solutions are delivered by collaborating with business partners.
  • Design and develop Data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure technologies.
  • Oversee the integration of data from various sources into Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
  • Utilize metrics and data to drive project execution and overall success.
  • Create structured templates and documentation for project reviews.

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: San Jose, CA Onsite Hybrid/ Local

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Degree in Computer Science or related stream from a reputable institution
2. 12+ years of total IT experience with at least 8+ years working in Data/AI projects and at least 4 years managing medium to large Data/AI projects
3. Strong experience working in an Onsite-Offshore model, should be handling more then 50 resource offshore onsite model
4. Technical proficiency in Microsoft platform during the initial stage of the career preferred
5. Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, influencing, communicating, and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills
6. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
7. Strong organizational skills; works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. bility to manage & drive projects with metrics and data, create structure and templates as necessary for project reviews
10. bility to effectively drive execution and own responsibility for overall success of projects

1. Technical Competency
1. Demonstrate Thought Leadership in discussions with business partners to ensure delivery of the most effective solutions for the identified business objectives
2. Must have worked on several (at least 5+) projects building solutions for Data Pipelines, Data warehousing, Data Modelling on Azure Data Platform (AWS and GCP are good to have)
3. Experience in design and development of Data pipelines and ETL using ADF, Databricks to move data from relational/structured/semi-structured data from source to data lake to data warehouse, on Azure
4. Experience working with Data Lake, Synapse on Azure
5. Experience in Data Modelling
6. Experience with Azure/ SQL Server and extensive experience with SQL programming
7. Experience in building scalable high performance reporting solution using Power BI, in both shared and dedicated capacity
