Full Job Description
ABOUT THE TEAM

The Air Dominance and Strike Division is one of Anduril's fastest growing, most technically complex divisions. We develop and build collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. We are scaling production of a first-of-kind autonomous aircraft at Arsenal 1 in Ohio at a pace the defense industry has never attempted.
ABOUT THE JOB

You will work with key leaders to ensure the supply base delivers to plan. You build and run the mechanisms that measure delivery and supplier quality, surface risk early, and drive it to resolution. You do not run procurement transactions or own the sourcing strategy. You own the outcome at the receiving dock until it gets to the production floor.

Success in this position hinges on three key facets:
  • Delivery to plan. You own On-time, In-full (OTIF) performance for all parts that are needed for production. You build the measurement that holds suppliers to commitments, and close the gap between what was promised and what arrived.
  • Execution at velocity. Disruptions resolve in hours, not weeks. You diagnose the constraint, build the right people into the room, and drive the mitigation. The health of supplier delivery and quality will be reliant on you measuring inputs and outputs effectively, and working closely with Supply Chain and Quality leadership to drive execution to plan.
  • Credibility driven leadership. You earn trust across sourcing, engineering, production, quality, and supplier leadership by being rigorous, fast, and always right.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own OTIF performance for production supply, building the metrics and cadence that hold suppliers to OTIF, and in adherance to quality commitments
  • Build and run the internal supplier quality mechanisms in partnership with Quality, covering incoming inspection, first article and source inspection, supplier corrective action, escape containment, and material review board
  • Drive supplier risk identification and mitigation, owning time-to-resolution on delivery and quality disruptions before they gate the line
  • Run the supplier scorecard to monitor delivery and quality KPIs, support or lead root cause analysis on misses, and drive corrective actions that hold
  • Connect supplier delivery and quality performance to the integrated master schedule, so a slipping supplier is visible against rate before it stops production
  • Drive cross-functional decisions when supply, engineering, quality, and production priorities conflict, escalating with data and a recommendation
  • Lead working sessions and supplier reviews that align internal teams and external partners on commitments, recovery plans, and accountability
  • Leverage quantitative models, including capacity, sensitivity, and predictive analysis, to forecast supplier risk and prioritize intervention
  • Prepare analysis, documentation, and briefings on supplier delivery and quality health for internal teams, suppliers, customers, and government stakeholders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years in supply chain execution, supplier quality, or supply program management on complex hardware programs through development and production
  • Demonstrated ownership of supplier delivery (OTIF) and quality performance on programs with aggressive timelines and rapid scale
  • Working knowledge of supplier quality systems; incoming inspection, first-article, corrective action (SCAR/FRACAS), escape management, and material review board
  • Experience building supplier delivery and quality mechanisms from scratch in environments without an established playbook
  • Comfortable building or interpreting quantitative models to forecast risk and inform program decisions
  • Familiar with version control, scripting, scalable workflows, and reproducible analysis practices
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent demonstrated application of structured problem solving and process improvement in production supply chains
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems supply chains
  • Familiarity with AS9100, APQP/PPAP, or equivalent aerospace quality and production part approval frameworks
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Palantir Foundry, discrete event simulation, or custom analytics stacks
  • Experience interfacing with government customers (DCMA, USAF) on supply status, quality, and delivery
