CLIN: Senior Staff Coordination Services / Contractor Site Lead

Background: This contract supports U.S. Central Command's theater-level planning mission by providing experienced professionals who develop strategies, campaign plans, operational orders, assessments, and coordination products that integrate military, interagency, allied, and partner-nation activities throughout the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.

Position Summary: Serves as contractor site lead and senior staff coordinator, managing task-order personnel, administrative functions, schedules, taskers, travel requests, security coordination, and SharePoint support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as contractor site lead and principal contractor interface to the COR for PWS workload and assigned support.
  • Coordinate day-to-day Directorate and contract-staff operations.
  • Maintain key-leader daily, short-range, and long-range calendars and battle rhythm events.
  • Oversee task-order administrative functions and personnel and track contractor effort by task.
  • Prepare and track contractor travel and Additional Work Effort requests and coordinate resource use with the COR.
  • Provide facility and administrative support at requested locations.
  • Administer the J5-Plans Tasker Management Tool and disseminate, assign, track, and update USCENTCOM, Joint Staff, and DoD taskings.
  • Support daily reporting, evaluation tracking, personnel in/out processing, supply inventory, and personnel and facility security management.
  • Maintain SharePoint and organizational file-server sites on SIPR and JWICS.
  • Coordinate clearance validations, SSO actions, access files, DTS travel support, rosters, and TSVTC scheduling.
  • Liaise with help desks to identify and communicate user issues.
  • Coordinate FOIA requests and MDRs for designated CCJ5 files.
  • Safeguard classified and unclassified Government information, property, controlled forms, facilities, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain Government records separately from company records and comply with applicable federal records, FOIA, Privacy Act, DoD, and USCENTCOM requirements.
  • Perform work to the PWS quality standards and correct identified product deficiencies within applicable performance thresholds.
  • Support required contract deliverables and provide products to the designated government task lead, COR, or alternate COR through approved USCENTCOM channels.


Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 12 years of military service.
  • At least 3 years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command headquarters.
  • At least 4 years of SharePoint work experience.
  • At least 2 years working as a SharePoint Administrator.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Skills, knowledge, training, current certifications, and licenses necessary to perform the assigned PWS services.
  • Common Access Card eligibility and completion of required Information Assurance training and the USCENTCOM Staff Officer Orientation Course before network access.


Security, Work Location, Schedule, and Travel

  • Minimum TS/SCI clearance must be possessed and maintained unless the applicable CLIN description expressly provides an exception. Applicable positions may be subject to a counterintelligence polygraph.
  • Primary place of performance is generally USCENTCOM Headquarters, Tampa, Florida, unless supporting an authorized contingency or continuity requirement. Approved remote work may include classified or unclassified work under current USCENTCOM policy.
  • Normal operations mirror USCENTCOM military and civilian schedules. The basic workday is eight hours between 0730 and 1630, with core hours from 0900 to 1500, Monday through Friday except federal holidays or facility closures.
  • Must be prepared and eligible for CONUS and OCONUS travel and able to obtain an official passport when required.
