What We're Looking For:The Program Manager Senior position will play an important role in advancing how Zebra manages execution of programs and key projects within our global marketing programs to maximize impact for Zebra and our channel partners.
This role will work with Program Owners and Leads to support our Channel Program evolution through our Channel Development Program.
The Marketing PMO has program management responsibilities for other programs including but not limited to our Marketing Performance Management (MPM) program, Innovation Initiatives, Product Launch (GTMp), Zebra Owned Events as well as any strategically valuable projects falling outside of these programs as assigned. Over time, the responsibilities for this position may grow to include additional programs.
Within these programs, the PMO supports a project lead and their cross-functional teams to achieve Zebra's project goals by building plans in collaboration with the project lead and their teams, holding project leads and teams accountable for on-time milestone and deliverable delivery, and collecting, interpreting, and delivering program feedback and status to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Ensure program objectives and requirements are documented and aligned with Program Owners needs and shared and team members,
- Leverage defined PMO process best practice and toolset standards to both support achievement of program objectives and enable project teams to successfully execute projects,
- Guide project leads and teams through project scope, objective, and approach definition including ownership of tasks and timeline to complete related tasks,
- Partner with project leads and cross-functional project teams to build right-sized plans to meet defined project objectives,
- When required, embed with project teams to provide hands-on project management and change management support,
- Execute against established processes to monitor project execution, risks & issues, and support change management efforts,
- Provide tops down insights at the project and program levels on process execution to Program Owners with focus on out of bounds execution and/or performance,
- Manage a Continuous Improvement framework to align Program Owners and stakeholders on program improvement efforts, which includes collecting feedback on the program toolset and processes and executing delivery of all aspects of program enhancements.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years experience working knowledge of advanced concepts with project management approaches, tools and methodologies.
- Work a hybrid schedule out of the Zebra facility in Lincolnshire

Key Skills and Competencies- Intermediate to advanced presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to mid to senior level cross functional audiences
- Intermediate to advanced skills with project / portfolio management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office
- Demonstrated working knowledge/experience with functions assigned (Channels, Portfolio, etc)
Pay Range:$108,960.00 - $163,440.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
