Senior Program Manager to lead our proposed support to the United States Marine Corps, Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2), at Stafford, Virginia.
This position is contingent upon contract award.ABOUT THE WORK PM MAGTF C2 assesses, acquires, fields and sustains the command and control capabilities Marines use to plan and execute operations. Triumph provides program office support across contract maintenance and execution, life cycle logistics and product support, engineering services, and test and evaluation. The Senior Program Manager is the single point of contact for the entire effort and is accountable to the Government for every deliverable under the contract.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead program execution as the single point of contact, resolving issues directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Own the organizational chart deliverable, the Monthly Status Report, the risk and issue register, and corrective action closure.
- Attend the Post-Award Conference and every Quarterly Performance Review.
- Manage to the performance standards and acceptable quality levels in the Performance Work Statement, including first-pass acceptance of deliverables.
- Direct four task leads across both places of performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree.
- 12 years of experience, including Department of Defense or Federal acquisition program office management.
- United States citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The Government assigns position-level security and information technology designations under DD Form 254.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Department of Defense acquisition life cycle.
- Deliverable and schedule control.
- Federal Acquisition Regulation contract administration.
- Operating a certified quality management system.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
