POSITION DUTIES

This position serves as Senior Program Manager III, providing executive leadership and operational oversight for the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services' Information Technology and Communications Division (ITCD). Direct enterprise IT operations, including data center, application development, network and telecommunications, criminal justice information systems, and IT administration. Lead strategic technology initiatives, manage resources, coordinate cross-functional technical and project management teams, and establish enterprise IT policies, governance, and operational standards to ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of mission-critical technology services.

1. Enterprise Data Center Operations & Infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience designing, operating, and modernizing enterprise data center infrastructure supporting mission-critical environments with high availability (99.9%+ uptime).
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including:

o Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms

o Cisco ISR/ASR routing

o Cisco DNA Center

o Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)

o Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

o VLANs, VRFs, QoS, STP, HSRP, EtherChannel
• Experience implementing and supporting Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN), MPLS, VPRN, and hybrid WAN architectures.
• Experience administering enterprise storage infrastructure including:

o Storage Area Networks (SAN)

o Fibre Channel

o iSCSI

o Enterprise storage platforms (Dell EMC, NetApp, IBM Storage, Pure Storage)

• Experience implementing enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions.
• Experience managing hardware and software lifecycle using enterprise asset management platforms.
• Experience conducting technology asset audits and ensuring compliance with organizational inventory controls.
• Experience improving asset governance, inventory accuracy, procurement workflows, and lifecycle reporting.
• Knowledge of software licensing compliance and hardware asset tracking.

5. Leadership, Operations & Vendor Management
• Experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure organizations consisting of:
