Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Program Manager (PM) to lead a global
Real Property Support Services (RPSS) program supporting Department of Defense (DoD) installations worldwide. The PM will provide strategic leadership, program oversight, and execution for a team supporting real property systems, facility data management, audit readiness, infrastructure planning, and compliance initiatives.
This role is critical to ensuring accurate, auditable real property records and reliable facility inventory data that support mission readiness, sustainment funding, regulatory compliance, and informed infrastructure decision-making across the DoD.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following inexhaustive list of duties represents a sample of work routinely performed by this role:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Real Property Support Services (RPSS) across multiple DoD organizations and installations.
- Manage program resources, staffing, schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance objectives.
- Ensure successful execution of contractual requirements while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams supporting real property management, audit readiness, facility planning, and infrastructure analysis.
- Serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and contractor personnel.
- Ensure compliance with DoD real property policies, audit readiness requirements, and applicable regulations.
Functional OversightThe Program Manager will oversee teams supporting:
- Audit readiness and compliance
- Real property information systems and data management
- Field validation and facility assessments
- Space management and utilization planning
- Real property asset documentation and records management
- Facility requirements analysis and infrastructure planning
- Environmental analysis and NEPA-related support
Education, Experience, and Technical SkillsRequired Education, Experience, and Technical Skills- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 10+ years of experience supporting two or more DoD Real Property Systems of Record (e.g., GFEBS, ePRISMS, ISR-I, RPLANS, PRIDE, ASIP, HQIIS, INFADS, MDI, BUILDER, GIS).
- 5+ years of experience managing professional teams and complex programs.
- Demonstrated experience in program planning and execution, resource management, schedule development, risk management, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Must possess and maintain a favorable NACI Public Trust determination at contract start through employment.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT).
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
Preferred Education, Experience, and Technical Skills- Strong understanding of DoD real property business processes and governance.
- Experience supporting audit readiness initiatives and compliance reviews.
- Knowledge of military installation management, facilities planning, and infrastructure programs.
- Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Environment This position operates in a professional office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and photocopiers. The work environment is generally quiet and free from exposure to loud noise, hazardous materials, or heavy machinery. Employees are typically seated for extended periods and may occasionally move about the office to attend meetings or access equipment and supplies.
Physical DemandsSitting/Standing: This role is generally sedentary, performing sitting work utilizing technological office equipment, including a laptop, mouse, keyboard, computer monitors, telephones, scanners, and copiers.
Walking: This role requires the ability to move about inside the office to access the required technological equipment.
Stooping/Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: This role may require stooping to reload printer trays with print paper, moving equipment, and managing cords.
Using Hands/Fingers:This role constantly operates technological office equipment such as laptops, mice, keyboards, computer monitors, telephones, scanners, and copiers.
Talking/Hearing: This role requires constant communication with others in the organization to exchange information, review information, and make decisions about information.
Seeing: This role requires seeing, viewing, and distinguishing all aspects of internal and external communications.
Carrying/Lifting: This role requires lifting up to 20lbs to transport technological office equipment to and from various workspaces.
Home Office Connectivity Requirements for Hybrid & Remote PositionsTo ensure reliable collaboration, client service, and secure access to company systems, the Company requires minimum connectivity standards to be eligible or remain eligible to work in a hybrid or remote capacity. Employees working remotely must maintain broadband internet service capable of consistently supporting video conferencing, VPN connectivity, and cloud-based applications. Hybrid or remote work eligibility may be reassessed if connectivity standards are not met. This includes:
- Wired broadband service (cable, fiber, or DSL) with at least minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
- Some positions may require minimum 200-300 Mbps download / 25-35 Mbps upload speed
Cellular hotspot or fixed wireless cellular services (e.g., T-Mobile Home Internet) may not be used as a primary connection. The Company will comply with all local, state, and federal requirements as it relates to the reimbursement of home internet expenses. Eligibility for reimbursement of home internet expenses is defined in a separate policy.
