Expected Pay Range: $85K-$95K, exempt
Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You'll Do
Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of food and nutraceutical product specifications across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Integrate regulatory, customer, supply chain, risk assessment, and internal capability inputs to ensure accurate and compliant specifications.
Establish and manage specification maintenance and distribution programs to ensure stakeholders have access to current documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate learnings from non-conformances, testing failures, and customer complaints into specifications.
Support international specifications by integrating global regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives related to specification management.
What You'll Bring
Five or more years of quality assurance experience, including direct experience developing food specifications.
Background in food manufacturing or dietary supplement quality assurance, with CPG experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety hazards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems for U.S. and international markets.
Proven ability to manage programs, integrate complex information, and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline required.
