Job Description SummaryPosition Responsibilities:• Working with internal stakeholders, define and execute new product development projects from conception through commercialization.
• Utilize the Stage Gate process to manage and communicate the deliverables and outputs of each project.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear definition of product and project requirements and objectives.
• Maintain and communicate project status (metrics, risks, etc.) to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Work with OEM's, internal team members, and customers to validate and monitor new products and technologies in real-world applications.
• Work closely with internal and external Subject Matter experts to spearhead acceleration of new product and technology identification and development.
• In conjunction with Product Line Team, lead project stage-gate presentations to stakeholders and executive team.
• Conduct Voice of the Customer activities with end users to develop solutions to customer needs and pain points.
• Determine value propositions and positioning strategies for new products.
• Identify market segments strategies for top line growth and product innovation opportunities.
Requirements:Education & Experience:
• College Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, sales, product development or other similar fields
• Demonstrated leadership experience in project management and cross functional teams
• Extensive proficiency with MS Office products and project management tools required
• Process orientated and ability to multi-task and work within short timelines required
• Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management throughout the company and must be able to work independently
• Available to travel 20% of the year.
• Equipment Rental industry experience preferred
Physical Demands:Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. Base Pay Range: $85,680.00 - 117,810.00
