Responsibilities

Program Manager (PM)

Summary:

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for performance of the work under the ARSOF Training Support Services contract. The PM serves as the primary Government interface for daily contract operations, with authority to act for the Contractor on contract matters within the scope of the position, and plans, directs, organizes, controls, and coordinates technical efforts, contractor manpower, and team activities.

Job Duties:
• Be responsible for performance of the work under the contract.
• Have full authority to act for the Contractor on contract matters relating to daily contract operations.
• Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and team activities.
• Perform program administration, program control, and technical supervision of personnel supporting contract requirements.
• Serve as the principal point of contact to the Government and interface effectively with the COR and COTR, with full decision-making authority for the position.
• Be available to the Government during normal business hours and at other times as required.
• Support key-personnel continuity and replacement requirements applicable to the Program Manager position.

Basic Qualifications:
• At least five (5) years of experience as a program manager managing a contractor workforce in support of a Department of Defense contract of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
• At least five (5) years of experience in exercise planning and logistical support.
• Active SECRET security clearance.

Other Requirements:

Information Assurance Technician Level I

Working Environment:

The PM is required to be available from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays or Government facility administrative closures, and the PM must be available at other times as required.
