Program Manager to support a company focused on building and scaling a new internal product organization within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This position is
on-site in
Mason, OH. The

Responsibilities for the Program Manager include: - Lead the development and establishment of a new internal product organization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain
- Drive new product development efforts from concept through production lifecycle
- Gather stakeholder requirements and serve as product owner throughout development
- Oversee financial reporting, capacity planning, and support product strategy and roadmap development
Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include: - 7+ years of experience leading new product development in a regulated environment
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies, capacity planning, and program management tools
- Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Compensation for the Program Manager include: - Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
