Description: Patriot Enterprises will provide the resources, manpower, and equipment dedicated to the management of keys and certificates used by public key-based security services to include Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and SIPRNet both garrison and deployed.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide management, technical oversight, direction and guidance, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all contractor personnel effort in the execution of this contract.
- Schedule meetings and provide deliverables.
- Serve as the Government's primary point-of-contact, maintaining regular communication with Marine Corps PKI and keeping Marine Corps PKI apprised of all contract issues and status.
- Serve as the Government's primary point-of-contact and provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to support the MCCOG under this contract.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in management related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- *Preferred: Professional level technical certification (e.g. CCNP or MCITP)*
- Ten (10) years General Program Manager (PM) experience and demonstrated IT Related Project or Program Management Experience.
- Managerial experience in a C4 environment directing 40 or more technical staff members.
Minimum Qualifications:- Ability to pass an extensive background investigation which is qualifying for systems access.
- Understanding of operational and technical requirements of Department of Defense (DoD) PKI the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG) or similar DOD related entity.
- Understanding of application and network systems like those operated within by MCCOG or similar DoD related entity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have demonstrated ability to present material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.
