Program Manager (Organizational Effectiveness)

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Program Manager to lead key operational initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, improve business performance, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. This role will serve as a trusted partner to leadership by driving process improvements, supporting workforce planning initiatives, enhancing knowledge management practices, and ensuring operational continuity across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can manage complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, leverage technology and AI-driven solutions, and translate business needs into scalable, sustainable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Serve as a support advocate for billing resolution efforts by researching issues, tracking discrepancies, engaging stakeholders, and providing clear talking points to support consistent communication and timely resolution.
  • Support the adoption and integration of Everyday AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, reporting capabilities, and operational workflows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain organizational processes, workflows, and documentation that promote consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments, leadership teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Support succession planning efforts by identifying operational risks, documenting critical knowledge, and strengthening workforce continuity plans.
  • Lead knowledge transfer initiatives to preserve institutional expertise and ensure seamless transitions during organizational changes.
  • Monitor workforce trends, attrition metrics, and organizational movement, providing insights and recommendations to support retention and workforce strategies.
  • Evaluate program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Develop executive-level reports, track key deliverables, and promote accountability across strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Plays a critical role in advancing organizational performance by driving operational excellence, strengthening cross-functional alignment, improving communication, and supporting long-term workforce sustainability
  • Ensures the organization remains agile, efficient, and well-positioned for future success.

Education & Experience Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Management, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or AI-related certifications are a plus.


Related Work Experience
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in program management, business operations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing operational processes, workflows, and governance models.
  • Experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, business insights, and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, knowledge management, succession planning, or workforce continuity initiatives preferred.
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency preferred.
  • Strong background in project management, process improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Utility, Natural Gas, or other energy industry experience.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with workforce analytics, attrition reporting, or organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint)
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Power BI or Tableau
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills


Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
  • The incumbent works a hybrid schedule in the office/on-site 4 days per week with 1 remote day from home and subject to change per business needs.


  • Infrequent Traveler (0-5% travel): The incumbent may be required to travel on a very limited basis. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights.
