Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager with 7 to 8 years of experience in managing complex programs and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, coordinating multiple project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Monitor program performance, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Drive governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
Manage dependencies across projects and ensure seamless coordination among teams.
Facilitate planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and metrics.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
Strong experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams.
Expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 to $127189

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
