BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring for a Program Manager of Operations. This position is to be located in Tampa, Fl.

The Program Manager Operations provides strategic relationship support for key external vendors post-implementation and serves as the primary, long-term point of contact for field interactions and escalations. Role will have a high level of interaction with senior leaders, internal and external teams and will provide analysis of business opportunities to strengthen strategic relationships with ecosystem partners.
  • Provide strategic relationship support for key external vendors post-implementation, ensuring ongoing operational alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary, long-term point of contact for field operations regarding vendor-related escalations, troubleshooting, and strategic inquiries.
  • Own, manage, and optimize key operational field programs that require enterprise-wide support and are central to organizational success.
  • Act as the single point of contact for essential business partners, successfully reducing communication triangulation and streamlining alignment between field support and leadership.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, execute and report key opportunities to leadership to strengthen external vendor partnerships and improve operational integration.
  • Drive compliance with organizational Ecosystem opportunities, ensuring strategic partners meet performance metrics and compliance standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate ongoing relationship management with key strategic partners including, but not limited to, Royal Canin, Antech, CareCredit, Scratch, Trupanion, EzyVet/Instinct, Smartsheet, CoVet, ScrubIn, Lionbridge, and RCS/Brinks.
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional departments (such as Medical Affairs, Centralized IT, Finance, and Support) to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on program and vendor performance, presenting key updates and risk assessments to the Director of Strategy and other leadership stakeholders.
  • 40% travel

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 5+ years direct sales, relationship & engagement management, client service or relevant experience
  • 2 years Veterinary or healthcare industry experience


Qualifications
  • In-depth experience in strategic relationship management, specifically leading vendor relations post-implementation.
  • Strong program management skills, with a proven track record of owning and driving complex, enterprise-wide field initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate escalations and act as a reliable point of contact.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify partnership growth opportunities and increase ecosystem compliance.
  • Capability to manage and coordinate multiple high-profile vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with veterinary software systems (e.g., EzyVet, Instinct) and collaborative management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
