Here is what you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in data management analysis, computer science, information management, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • A master's degree in business, data science, or related field is a strong plus.
  • At least 8 years in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering roles with demonstrated experience in data governance activities
  • Expert skills in best of breed data governance platforms like Microsoft Purview or Collibra.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI governance key issues and emerging trends.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across domains and stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills and be able to effectively communicate findings and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong ability to identify issues and find insights and trends in data.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Familiar with mammography technologies and processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other industry-related databases is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Healthcare-related data and HIPAA requirements is a plus.


A Day in the Life of a Program Manager of Data and AI Stewardship:
  • Provide services and support for the following areas:
    • Develop and implement data stewardship best practices: The Program Manager - Data Stewardship is responsible for overseeing programmatic efforts across the organization to design and deploy data stewardship / data governance best practices, including policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally: The Program Manager - Data Stewardship is responsible for engaging a wide range of internal stakeholders across business domains to understand business needs, align on strategies for effective master data management, and develop appropriate training programs and materials to support stakeholders in using the organization's data and analytic products effectively.
    • Manage data governance technologies and platforms: The Program Manager - Data Stewardship is responsible for overseeing our centralized data catalog and the quality of the metadata management of data assets.
    • Establish and monitor data quality metrics: The Program Manager - Data Stewardship is responsible for developing, monitoring, and enforcing data quality standards with the development teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of organizational data.
    • Participate in the development of AI governance frameworks and responsible use of AI: The Program Manager - Data Stewardship is responsible for collaborating with IT, Analytics, and leadership to guide the organization towards responsible AI development and deployment.
    • Continuously monitor and improve: The Program Manager - Data Stewardship is responsible for staying up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the discipline of data governance and enterprise analytics.
