This role will manage multiple projects and coordinate results to achieve broad program goals while leading technical teams through data architecture, migration, and integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects and orchestrate results to achieve program objectives.
- Plan and implement schedules while monitoring programs from inception through delivery.
- Define and report program roadmaps, status updates, development issues, and success metrics.
- Identify and monitor areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.
- Build and manage program budgets.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
- Lead teams of technical data analysts through data migration initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings involving technical data discussions and solution design.
- Guide teams through complex technical designs and decision-making processes.
Required ExperienceTop Skills- 10 years of program management experience in an IT organization.
- 12 years of technical aptitude and systems knowledge.
- 5 years of data movement and system integration experience.
