Program Manager: Level 3 Responsibilities:- Define and track program goals, success metrics, and intended outcomes to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership to prioritize initiatives, resolve misalignments, and drive shared outcomes.
- Break down high-level goals into detailed plans, including scope, dependencies, and ownership, to guide execution.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, establishing structures that facilitate effective progress despite evolving priorities.
- Develop and oversee program governance, decision-making frameworks, and operating rhythms to ensure accountability and visibility.
Program Manager: Level 3 Qualifications:- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs within technical or product environments.
- Ability to align strategy, priorities, and execution across multiple teams with a strong focus on measurable results.
- Experience operating effectively in ambiguous situations and establishing structure where needed.
- Strong systems thinking skills, managing dependencies, sequencing work, and making tradeoffs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to proactively resolve risks and dependencies.
