Are you a highly organized project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced client services environment? Precision AQ is seeking a Program Manager to play a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of medical communications programs. In this position, you will partner closely with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain operational excellence, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. About the Role

As one of the three core leaders of the account team, the Program Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and communicating project workflows that ensure successful execution of client programs. You will serve as a vital operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers, providing visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs, financial performance, and project status.

In this role, you will oversee project workflows, coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes, manage project documentation, and support financial tracking and invoicing activities. You will act as a primary client contact for project status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications while ensuring compliance with relevant client and industry requirements. Additionally, you may manage program logistics, coordinate vendor activities, and provide guidance and support to Program Coordinators.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Helpful Experience
  • Experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Knowledge of scientific publication planning processes and Datavision.
  • Experience working with vendors, meeting logistics, or event planning activities.
  • Previous experience coaching, training, or mentoring junior project management professionals.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
