We are looking for a Program Manager, Content & Data who can drive the execution of innovation, data quality, taxonomy, and operational enablement programs across the organization-partnering closely with Commercial, Data Science/ML, Quality, Operations, Governance, and Product & Technology teams to help data initiatives ship reliably and earn stakeholder trust

Requirements

Description:
  • Lead Business-Persona Program Execution: Serve as primary program lead for initiatives targeting business-side end users (Operations, Governance, Commercial), defining success criteria around data quality and taxonomy integrity.
  • Execute Strategic Roadmaps: Manage end-to-end planning, roadmaps, risk assessment, and delivery commitments across the program intake framework.
  • Customer & Business Impact Focus: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements that center on customer outcomes and operational efficiency, ensuring programs deliver tangible business value.
  • Change Management & Communication: Develop and execute change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new programs, technologies, and operating models.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Lead program governance forums, manage risks and dependencies, and drive timely decision-making and accountability.

Who You Are:
  • 7+ years of program management experience in data-intensive, cross-functional, or matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML, automation, or data transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience developing or applying program delivery standards, workflows, and governance models.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data platforms, or compliance frameworks a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Preferred: project/program management certification(s), agile and lean experience, and exposure to Six Sigma methodology.

  • Program Delivery: A goal of 90%+ high-rigor execution of assigned programs, delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • AI/ML & Automation Impact: Measurable reduction in manual processes, improved data accuracy, or accelerated delivery through AI/ML and automation initiatives.
  • Customer-Centric Outcomes: Programs result in clear, quantifiable improvements in user satisfaction, data operational efficiency, or product capabilities.
  • Clear Ownership Boundaries: Seamless handoffs and alignment between C&D-led business programs and Product & Tech-led strategic delivery.
  • Standardized Execution: Development and adoption of delivery frameworks and processes on all assigned initiatives and projects.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Programs operate with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Governance Compliance: 100% of assigned programs operate within the defined governance framework with regular executive reporting and risk management.
