Description

We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Program Manager to organize and drive multiple concurrent product releases through to market. As Program Manager, you will take a portfolio-level view across several initiatives at once - sequencing work, managing dependencies, and directing cross-functional teams to hit deadlines. This is fundamentally a program and project management role: you will take product direction from leadership and turn it into an organized, well-run execution plan that gets multiple releases to market on time, rather than setting product strategy yourself. Success in this role requires the maturity to direct strong personalities across engineering, marketing, sales, and production, push back diplomatically when timelines or scope are at risk, and know when to defer to leadership on product and creative decisions.

What you'll do
  • Own and manage the master program schedule across multiple concurrent product releases, sequencing and prioritizing work based on business impact, resource availability, and leadership direction.
  • Direct cross-functional teams (engineering, production, sales, marketing, supply chain) day to day, holding individual contributors and stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables across every active initiative.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for cross-project conflicts and competing priorities, pushing back diplomatically on stakeholders when timelines or scope are at risk, while knowing when to defer to leadership on product and creative decisions.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple simultaneous product releases, from handoff of product direction through launch, ensuring every initiative stays on schedule and within resource constraints.
  • Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, resource conflicts, and shared constraints, resequencing work as needed to keep the overall program on track.
  • Partner with supply chain to manage material sourcing, flow of goods, quality of materials, availability, and lifecycle stages that impact production timelines across multiple releases.
  • Build and maintain program-level risk logs, proactively identifying issues early and removing roadblocks to keep every release on track.
  • Define and track program-level KPIs (on-time delivery, resource utilization, launch readiness) across the full portfolio, reporting status and tradeoffs to leadership.
  • Coordinate go-to-market execution for multiple simultaneous releases, including launch logistics, internal communications, documentation, and post-launch support.
  • Partner with product and leadership to understand product direction and requirements for each release, translating that direction into an organized, actionable execution plan.
  • Serve as the organizational point of contact across the portfolio, keeping stakeholders aligned on status, timeline, and next steps for every active release.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives across releases and applying program management best practices at scale.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of coordinating multiple concurrent product releases from planning through launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and hold accountable cross-functional teams, including experience navigating strong personalities and organizational pushback, with the maturity to hold your ground and the judgment to know when to defer.
  • PgMP or PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project/program management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, or Basecamp).
  • Some exposure to product management or new product introduction (NPI) processes; comfortable working alongside product and creative teams without owning product decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, quality control systems and procedures, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Working knowledge of MRP/ERP software (e.g., NAV or Business Central).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills; able to manage competing priorities and stakeholder tension calmly and diplomatically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple concurrent releases.
