The Global Learning Program Manager leads client centric, end to end global learning programs that deliver consistent, high quality development experiences across regions. This role partners with cross functional stakeholders to translate learning strategy into scalable programs, guiding initiatives from design through global delivery and sustainment. By balancing global consistency with local relevance, the role enables effective regional adoption while maintaining a cohesive learner experience. Success is defined by strong execution, measurable impact, and the ability to clearly communicate program outcomes through data and storytelling.
  • Lead end to end global learning programs, driving planning, coordination, delivery, and long term sustainment.
  • Shape and evolve program offerings in response to organizational needs, learner insights, and industry trends.
  • Establish and evaluate program success, measuring impact, engagement, and learning outcomes.
  • Translate program data into insight, delivering clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Learning Design and Delivery teams to drive continuous program improvement and elevate the learner experience.
  • Enable global consistency with local relevance, consulting on localization and regional adaptation of programs.
  • Lead program-level budget management, planning and tracking spend to ensure programs remain in target each quarter while optimizing investment for impact.
  • Support the delivery of global learning programs, coordinating with cross functional partners to enable consistent execution.
  • Advise on the design and regional adaptation of programs, supporting scalable solutions while maintaining global standards.
  • Support program measurement and reporting cycles, inputting into data collection, insights, and stakeholder updates as required.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$88,200 - $115,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
